Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Downtown, Jersey City, NJ.

A person who will guarantee your best interest at heart. Very aggressive w/ making deals happen right away. In a short period of time I sold my house once on the market with Mercy. She has a way of conducting business that shows her honesty to a buyer with very good points and knows how to one a deal right away. I experienced a great opportunity with her and we closed with great satisfaction. I am sure whomever works with her will feel the same. Sometimes it's the individual who knows how to handle a great situation buy helping out both parties so everyone feels good about the deal waiting to happen. I am speaking from experience where I myself had to step in and close the deal and Mercy supported me every step of the way.  More Less

She was very well informed & well prepared. She knows her stuff, I highly recommend. She was very informative and knew exactly what to do. Bought a home in 2014.

I found Mercy Marasigan online thinking that she was the listing agent of a condo/apt I was interested in, in the Jersey City 07306/07304 area. My prior agent had given me information about that unit that led me to believe that she was not being honest or representing my best interest. Mercy Marasigan helped me by giving me the information I needed (over texting) without ever meeting me. I lost the bidding war for that place and needless to say, I switched realtors and continued my search for a condo/apt with Mercy.

I could not have asked for a better realtor and highly recommend her services. She was extremely knowledgable about the area and supported me in what I wanted. She fought the good fight on every bid I entered and never pushed me to take on more than I was financially capable of. She worked tirelessly with me and moved very quickly on every new condo/apt that came on the market. She was easily reachable by phone, text, and email. She's honest and has integrity in an industry that is severely lacking in both of these attributes. I will be forever grateful to everything Mercy has done for me. Realtors like her are rare and anyone would be so lucky to have someone like Mercy working on their behalf. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner.
