I grew up here
My parents bought the house in 1962 when I was 2 years old and we lived here for 10 years. My uncle and aunt lived in the 3rd floor apartment and a nice old lady lived on the 2nd floor. I enjoyed the yard, the street and the neighborhood. Going to Kingsbury Elementary School, just a couple of blocks away, was ideal. I would run home for lunch and watch TV for a little while or play with my dog and then run back to school. My grandmother lived within a few block of us and the school, too, which was great. My father was a self-employed architect who had his office in the house and I would make his blueprints in the basement. I will always have fond memories of this house.

Past resident enjoyed living here
My wife and I moved into the right hand side of this duplex when we got married in 1985 and lived there for 5 years. A friend of ours lived on the other side so it was an ideal arrangement. We enjoyed the privacy and size of the unit was just right for getting started. We had our first daughter there and I started my own architectural practice there in 1989 working out of an office I set up in the basement. I will always have fond memories of the place.Milton Gregory Grew, AIA, ArchitectGrew Design, Inc.241 Main St S, Woodbury, CT 06798Tel 203-263-0292 Fax 203-263-7231
