As advertised, Mike conveyed that he could sell my home in 60 days if I followed his plan. His team came in, staged my home and gave me a list of recommendations that if undertaken would help me to receive a quick offer. Literally 4 days after I put it on the market (in a tough economy), I receive an offer and closed a month later.
