Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
It was very pleasant experience working with Mr. Mike Grandelli. He has excellent knowledge about the local area, has lot of patience, explains everything very well, and well organized. He had good listening skills and showed us the properties so close to what we had in our mind. He is so flexible with his working hours and it was important to us as we were coming so far to look at the properties. Most important thing is that we were felt pressurized and given plenty of time and opportunities to make our decision. He worked with us like he was looking for one of his family member. Having him with us was a big asest to find a home that we were looking for. He tries his best to get the best for your budget. He is wonderful to work with to find a home of your dream.
