    Matt Barber has been a tremendously knowledgeable and responsive agent throughout our dealings. I have asked him to show me several different types of properties, from investment to recreational, and his knowledge on market value, best use, and local insight has been spot on. I have sold nearly 1,400 acres for over $5 million in central Virginia--primarily in Fluvanna County.
