I worked with Mike to sell my condo in 2006. When others told me I could not get the desired price I was looking to get, Mike said "I can do it". Not only did he make the market for future sales in my complex but he also sold my condo in 2 weeks. Needless to say I was a satisfied customer. We have enjoyed working with Michael very much. He knows the area better then any other agent we came across. One of his best qualities is that he isnt afraid to tell it like it is, which I feel is extremely important in a tough market like this.
