Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Baltimore, MD.
As first time home buyers, Mike was knowledgeable, attentive, smart, professional, assertive when needed, honest, and with our best interests in mind!! He helped find the home we have been searching for at a great SHORT SALE price! Mike was prompt to return calls, texts and emails. We had to be very patient with the process considering it took a little over six months! Mike was thorough and helped us throughout the entire time. We chose Mike because of the intelligence he showed us as well as other peoples comments about him! For those of you who haven't used a Realtor yet and are new to the home buying world, it's a jungle out there... and having a good real estate agent matters much more than you realize!!!
