Bought a home in 2012.Summary:
Michael is the most ethical agent I've ever worked with. I have purchased and sold two homes using two other agents, and Michael really outshined both of them with his honesty and frank advice. He has a critical eye and I felt he was always looking out for ME - not his commission. The home I purchased was a bank-owned property so the process was arduous as well as unfamiliar to me. Michael was so on top of every detail that I stopped worrying. For instance, the home had been "winterized" because it was vacant and getting it "de-winterized" so we could do a full inspection took a long time. We ran into several problems, such as the water bill had not been paid so they wouldn't turn it back on until the bank paid it, and the bank seemed to just be dragging its feet in general.. Michael was in constant contact with the bank's agent to get it done. He also kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Michael Bill for new and experienced home buyers - he's truly the best.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Fremont, Seattle, WA.Summary:
I would highly recommend Michael Bill to be your agent! His knowledge & insight of the real estate market in my neighborhood and those surrounding proved to be indispensable. I listed my condo sooner than originally planned based on the information Michael was able to share - resulting in accepting an asking price offer in under 48 hours - truly AMAZING given current market conditions.
Michael made the process of selling my condo via long distance a breeze. His understanding of the entire transaction process as well as communication with all parties involved brought a level of ease to the transaction that was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond in coordinating meetings with my tenants during the listing and selling process, saving me time & resources.
I myself am in sales and we have a saying...be the expert & be the friend, Michael Bill upheld this in the most professional of ways!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Greenwood, Seattle, WA.Summary:
Sept 29th, 2011.
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our realtor Michael Bill, whom we used both to sell our first home and buy our second. We had a bad experience with the realtor we used to buy our first house so when we were recommended to use Michael we approached him with some cynicism. He proved us wrong and is in fact a credit to the Realtor world.
Our first home was very much a ‘fixer upper’ with some structural issues and we knew it would be difficult to sell. Michael gave us very real and practical advice as to how best to present it (it sold in just over 3 months in a very, very slow market!!). We had very specific requests for our second home and we were not willing to compromise on many of them. It took us almost a year to find the home that we wanted and at no time did we feel hurried or pressured by Michael to close on a deal. He was always available (even out of office hours) to show us houses and answer our questions. He returned our calls and emails almost immediately. He was kind and warm toward our 3 young children who were always with us when we were looking at houses. When it came to the crunch time of actually ‘closing’ on our new home, I had a family emergency and had to leave the country during the official ‘signing period’. Michael facilitated the handling of that situation efficiently and kindly.
Again my husband and I would recommend Michael without reservation. We LOVE our new home and appreciate all that Michael did to get us there.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Fremont, Seattle, WA.Summary:
Michael's performance for us was really impressive. He didn't push us in deciding an offering price, giving us up-to-date guidance while allowing us to make up our our own minds. Once our place was on the market, he gave us a weekly update on what was happening to similar listings, so that we knew how the market was faring. We're seniors, and so uncertain times like these, we needed that. And of course he ran successful Open Houses for people attracted by the great photographs he arranged for.
In only two-and-a-half weeks, we received and accepted an offer, From then on, Michael was there for us constantly, with almost daily updates. We knew exactly how the sale was progressing towards the closing date. If the buyer had any small delays or hitches, we knew about them right away, and we knew that Michael was right on top of it, ensuring that nothing went wrong. We had no last-minute panics or unpleasant surprises. Michael laughs about his "micro-management," but it saves the seller a lot of unnecessary anxiety. He made the traumatic business of selling our home as ruffle-free as possible. He's a champ at this game!

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Wallingford, Seattle, WA.Summary:
Michael Bill is a very knowledgeable and patient Real Estate Agent. As a first time home buyer, it took me well over a year before finally purchasing a place. He was patient and helped me figure out what my needs were in a home. Michael was very easy to work with and there was never a problem with finding the time to show me multiple listings. He has a tremendous understanding of the home buying process and all of the paperwork that is involved. The negotiation process was simple, and he worked to keep the price within my budget.
