We closed with Michael back in May. In the process he was very professional, answered all our questions quickly, even late at night or on week-ends, and he got us an excellent rate.

While we didn't close with Michael, we were really disappointed that we couldn't. I came to Michael here on Zillow after talking to about 4 or 5 other mortgage officers/brokers. He really stuck out as more caring, responsive, and professional than the others. And there was no pressure. He just talked about our options and all the possible ways to go without putting pressure on us to sell the mortgage. Believe me, several other lenders used that approach, and I didn't care for it. On the other end of the scale, several mortgage brokers/officers seemed disinterested in our mortgage. They didn't return calls or emails until the second or third time, which I found amazing. Again, Michael was not like that at all. As soon as I requested a Good Faith Estimate (which I did on the weekend) he was in touch in the following day or so, and gave me specific timelines for what he was doing on our application. Seriously, this guy was great. My wife and I felt really bad when we had to go with another lender. The only reason we did was they happened to have a mortgage product that just about no one else offered to us because they couldn't. I can tell you that Michael's FHA 30 year mortgage came in at least $2k cheaper on the front end than at least one other 30 fixed FHA from another lender.

I would recommend Michael without reservation, and plan to next time any friends or family in WI need a mortgage. Bottom line - He's a genuinely nice guy who really seems to know and enjoy his work and really seemed interested in helping his clients. Can't beat that in a broker, and as I said, it is get pretty rare, at least in my experience. 5 stars all the way.

Very professional and responsive. Was pleasant to deal with and anticipated questions I would have and provided the answers ahead of time. He made the refinancing process very easy.

I couldnt be more pleased with how smoothly things went in refinancing my home with Michael. The rate was good and the fees were low, cant complain there, and again everything was smooth. I would definitely work with Michael again. Thanks.

Have made application for mortgage-loan pre-approval letter, pending selection and decision on property to be purchased. My telephone discussion and application interview with Michael could not have been any better; it was an excellent experience.

It was a very smooth process. Another lender had turned us down based on, I believed, a flawed appraisal. I explained that to Michael and he was a little skeptical, but took it on and got it approved and funded in less than a month.

Mike worked tirelessly to close this loan at the desired rate even though I had an out-of-the-country vacation planned in the middle of the process. He worked directly with appraisers, worked with my neighbor to schedule the appraisal, and helped direct the loan through a speedy approval process. He is customer service at its finest!
