    Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 in Prospect, KY.
    I met Michael while he was hosting an open house for a client. That property was not I was looking for and I explained to him what I needed and that I wanted a property in the same area, he told me he would start looking. All the properties that sold in this neighborhood in 2012 went within 22 days!! Michael went to work proactively mailing every household in that particular neighborhood letting them know if they ever wanted to sell that he had a buyer. He kept me in the loop as he searched and a few months later he called letting me know he had found the nicest property in the area for me to consider. The owner told me during a final inspection that he wasn't even planning on selling the property but due to Michael's initiative - he decided to let Michael handle everything.     Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Deer Park, Louisville, KY.
    Working with Michael on the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home was wonderful. Michael was very professional and thorough and developed a great rapport with our family.

    We have three young children and Michael was very respectful of our time, worked around our busy schedules, and guided us painlessly through the selling and buying processes.

    Michael worked quickly but never sacrificed attention to detail. We were able to sell our home for the price we wanted less than a week on the market. I'm convinced his marketing efforts were a large part of the quick turn. We had fantastic photographs on-line as well as QR code signage and a great general buzz among other agents in the city about our house.

    Michael also helped us with the purchase of our new home. The entire process went so smoothly, that the closing felt like as much a get-together with the sellers as a business transaction.

    I would highly recommend Michael's services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Louisville area.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Louisville, KY.
    Because of the complexities associated with buying a house for the first time and the current "buyer’s market" that exists in Louisville, I started the process with a lot of trepidation and a bit of procrastination. It was with joy that I was able to find a Realtor that I felt played no games, but with a straight forwardness and clear communication guided me down the path towards homeownership. He was very detailed oriented, always available and ready to answer any questions I had during the process. He was very patient and informative in showing me various homes around town. Once I finally found the house that fit my many criteria, he provided me with all the details about the house and went over and above to make sure that I get the house at the price I wanted. With his support and knowledge of the current realty market, financial market, and his knowledge of the other parties involved I was able to come out with the winning bid and we glided through the rest of the buying process in a timely manner. I have been in my house for just over a week and I am every day overjoyed to be living there.
