In 1982, we started FH REALTY in a 600 square foot office, with only three people. Within a short period of time, we grew to become one of the top producers in Queens.
Presently, we are located in our new company headquarters at 101-15 Metropolitan Avenue, in Forest Hills, New York. We now enjoy the luxury of 6000 square feet on three floors, plus private parking and to better serve our community, as of April 22nd 2009 we expanded and opened a boutique/branch office at 19 Station Square, Forest Hills Gardens, New York.
Our family of professionals has an average of 8 -10 years of real estate experience, and offers over 22 languages, representing virtually every segment of Queens' diverse population. The company philosophy of specialization has resulted in better quality service. Because of this, we consistently have better results in handling co-op, condo, home, business, and commercial sales.
