Michael Russell doesn't always follow through on his word. He'll commit to completing a task and not always do it. He returns about 50% of our phone calls/emails/texts, and when he actually does return a call, it is not prompt. His communication skills are extremely poor (when he does actually communicate). We were very pleased with Mike as an agent for us. In this tough selling market, we wanted a cutting edge agent who would could sell our house in the most effective way and for a fair price.
