Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Hubert, NC.

Summary:

Michele was referred to me by a co-worker in 2009. While my husband was deployed, I needed to buy a new home. She worked diligently to find the perfect place based upon our "must haves" list. She found it, in record time...and negotiated a terrific deal! We then had to sell a rental home we owned -- again, she worked VERY hard to make sure the house "showed" well and was able to secure our asking price with the buyer! Again, she was able to get us a perfect deal very quickly. Additionally, Michele is ALWAYS available to us -- even after hours and on the weekends. We would STRONGLY recommend Michele and will most definitely utilize her services again when we sell this property.…More Less

Summary:
