Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
I would recommend Holly to any home-buyers looking to buy. She has a knack for getting to know what you really want in a home and will find you a home no matter how long or how tedious it may be. As first time home-buyers, my husband and I had no clue of where to even start and at times had unrealistic lists of what we wanted. She helped put out list into perspective, continuously sent us lists of houses to look into, and no matter what time...was willing to help or answer questions. I'm sure we looked at over 30 houses but not once did she complain or roll her eyes. She's patient, knowledgeable about the area, and REALLY knows the market. Holly is amazing and I can tell she has a passion for doing what she does. She's also not afraid to put family first but will, at the same time get you the help you need...and that is really important to us.
When it came to actually putting in an offer she actually got it right under our budget and made us very happy with the end result. She responds quickly to text or voice mail and is very good at communicating. I HIGHLY recommend her service to anyone who wants to find the PERFECT home like we did.
