Sold a home in 2013.
Mike is the only reason why our condo sold in Old Town. He is extremely professional, and really takes an interest of making sure that he does everything possible to make sure that your property is noticed on all websites. His years of experience makes him stand out well above the competition. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done.

Mike and his associates have given us the best service I could ever imajine.
We have been using Mike for renting our Condo's for the past five years. We always
got good tennants and rented the units quickly. For the work they have done it was well worth the cost. I often recommend his services to any one who considers renting out.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Old Town Triangle, Chicago, IL.
We approached Mike with the daunting task of buying our first place. Needless to say he was extremely helpful and patient while we sorted through our options. He walked us through the process we wouldn't have figured out on own own being first time buyers. We bought out first apartment last month with Mikes help. He and his team are great to work with. He makes this extremely daunting task of finding the right place much easier. He is now managing our property and we couldn't be more pleased. We have already recommended him to all our friends in Chicago.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in South East Ravenswood, Chicago, IL.
Mike Kravit was great at helping me find a good condo to buy in Chicago - I was moving from the burbs to the city. Couldn't stand the endless commuting and the traffic snarls, besides, the city has some great magnate schools for my kids, so it all works out.
Anyway, Mike was able to help me find a house for the same money as a condo and in the neighborhood I was looking to move to. Vey good help, he was able to get me all the things I needed in a place, like secured parking and walking distance to public transportation, and a few of the things I was hoping for, good views and a somewhat newer home with ceiling fans.
Very good work, he was able to help me get the most for my money, which I really appreciate.

Sold a home in 2011.
Mike was great at helping me sell my home in Plainfield so I could move closer to the city to be near my friends, work, and better schools for my daughter. Very good help - he knows the areas and was able to help me navigate through the process fairly quickly.
