Sold a home in 2013.
Mike and Linda are great to deal with and extremely knowledgeable in the area! The communication between them and ourselves was constant and never did they complain. They were available at all hours of the day and night. Anything we needed, or asked, they had the answer. They sold our house and helped us buy a new one in record time! I can't speak enough to their professionalism and expertise in the industry. Besides being great realtors, they are personable and easy to get along with. I believe anyone who uses them will not be disappointed.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Wallhaven, Akron, OH.
We enjoyed working with Mike & Linda. They were responsive to our calls, quick to answer our questions and patient with us throughout the process. As first time home buyers, we appreciated their direction and honesty. They made buying a home much easier to navigate. I've highly recommended them to family and friends already.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Fairlawn Heights, Akron, OH.
Linda and Mike sold our home in record time during the downturn in the market. Their knowledge of the local market was unbelievable. During the time it took to close on the sale of our house, they found us our retirement DREAM HOME. They answered every question we had and gave us all the informative information we required. Most importantly, their response to our calls were immediate. We do not hesitiate to refer them to the community. We are now retired and can look back at our home selling and buying experience with happy hearts.

Bought a home in 2010.
We wanted to commend Mike & Linda for the wonderful job they did helping us find our first home. They tirelessly made themselves available during the entire search, purchase and closing process. We viewed homes for several days straight, each day they progressively narrowed down what we were looking for and provided guidance and insight. Linda's positive "can do" attitude and smile even transcended over the telephone. Our search, offer, inspections, repairs, and closing was 100% smooth with no issues.
