Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Ipswich, MA.
She knows the market and is highly respected. She kept her eye on the mark throughout this most difficult sale. People make the difference in any thing and she is the difference. She made sure the house would be sold on a timely basis despite an absent owner and many obstacles too numerous to mention. That is all behind us but of course we were Miles ahead at the start.

Sold a home in 2012.
Ingrid Miles is hands down the best real estate agent on the North Shore. She handled both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home which I am thrilled about. She is a very hard worker and goes above and beyond for each client. Her energy level is second to none. Outstanding!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Ipswich, MA.
Ingrid was fantastic to work with. She has a deep knowledge of the area we were searching in and she knew a 'good value' when we saw the house we ultimately bought. Ingrid wanted to learn about us and what we sought in a home so she could best guide us. I highly recommend her, she made the process of buying a home smooth and pleasure filled.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Ipswich, MA.
We have been long time residents of Ipswich.
Our children all grown and on their own.
We had been thinking of selling our home for awhile and had kept an eye open for the real estate signs in town. It seemed like everyone that said sold had Ingrid's name on it.
One day we gave her a call.She came to our home and from the begining she felt like a friend so warm and caring.
We put our house on the market the last week of March. By mid July we closed on the sale of our home.
There were some bumps along the way and Ingrid stood by us and helped us through it all.
She not only is a wonderful person.She is also an expert in her field.
We will recommend her to everyone we know who wants to sell thier home.Thank you Ingrid!

Sold a home in 2012.
It seemed like a daunting task: sell the family home of 54 yrs & move an elderly parent to an in-law situation. However , it became much easier once we met Ingrid Miles.
She was warm & caring to all of us , professional , & responsive to our many questions & concerns. She was readily available via phone , email , or in person. She had a very positive attitude regarding our property despite the current difficult economic times.

When I saw an advertisement you ran in the newspaper well over a year ago, I thought to myself, this might be the right person to help me sell my house and buy a new one. Little did I know when I filed away that print ad how right my instincts were that day. Working with you on both the sale and purchase of my homes was a very positive experience.
It’s one thing to excel in the real estate field during boom times; it is quite another, however, to maintain that standard in the midst of a down real estate market.
