Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $725K in Scotts Valley, CA.
Somehow Millou was able to make the arduous home buying process actually fun! She was very helpful and supportive every step of the way. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Felton, CA.
I recently purchased a house in Felton. It was a 203k rehab project and there were several issues and delays that came up during the entire process. Millou was extremely responsive, and went out of her way to do whatever she could to resolve the issues and keep things moving forward. Her knowledge of the area and local services was invaluable during the process and I don't think it would have been successful without her.
In summary, if you are buying a house in the area, I would 100% recommend Millou. She went above and beyond the entire time and I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends.…More Less

Millou Rose is nothing short of an OUTSTANDING realtor and my husband and I cannot recommend her highly enough! We typically only do business with individuals to whom we have been personally referred but took a chance after reading Millou's many positive online reviews. She has far exceeded our expectations! You will not find a nicer, more hardworking and professional realtor than Millou. She works non-stop for her clients and is very knowledgable about all facets of real estate. At one point during our months entrenched in the home-buying process Millou took a short vacation. You wouldn't have ever known it, as she was still emailing us daily with updates and her assistant (also great) was available to show us homes. When we entered into contract on a fixer home on a steep hillside, Millou was able to put us in touch with the best soils engineers, geologists, construction companies - you name it and she has "a guy." Or two! As an added bonus Millou happens to be married to a contractor herself which is an asset when touring properties, particularly fixers, because she has a lot of knowledge about repair costs and can help in making the determination about whether a property is a good investment or one to walk away from. Millou is an extremely honest lady and we never had the impression she was just trying to make a sale, rather, she was truly looking out for our family and trying to get us into the "right" home. AND...She did. I rarely gush like this in reviews but Millou is absolutely the best of the best.…More Less
