Ken has always been available to discuss properties and improvements , and has been incredibly helpful in connecting me with subcontractors. Ken has mad negotiation skills - he will get you the best deal he can, whether you are buying or selling. While looking at potential properties, I have written contract after contract with Ryan, who goes out of his way to show me everything I might be interested in. Though I haven't worked with Janet, she is always quick to share her information on homes I might be interested in. The office staff are quick to help in anyway they can. The overall experience has been awesome. I would highly recommend this company to investors as well as anyone who is looking for the best service and the best deal. I won't work with another company!
