Bought a home in 2013.
We hired Mindy to find our first home and she worked tirelessly to insure we found the right one. From the moment we contacted her through Zillow, she made it a priority to make sure we were in constant contact with her and that all of our questions were answered. She arranged a day to view homes in our favorite area of San Antonio and was very knowledgeable about each property we toured. When we found our dream home, Mindy started up the paperwork the same day and our offer was submitted the same day. We were able to get a very good price on our home without any back and forth between the sellers. Mindy handled all of the negotiating and everything went smoothly. As first time home buyers we definitely picked a "winner" when we contacted Mindy and let her take care of our needs.
