    Cynthia Miranda and Tara Alves (her partner as buy agent) are outstandingly professional, warm hearted, honest and true experts in the housing market. They respond immediately or has someone respond for them.

    We are buyers from out state, we did not came to Phoenix during the entire process, but communicate using internet. Cynthia Miranda is extremely competent. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and placed me on an auto search where I was able to see the most active listings, so, I could chose which home I liked and wanted to see. She also send us daily new list for the specific area we desired.

    Tara is a very hard working Realtor, she kept us well informed and was available at any time for questions or concerns. Each time we were ready to put in an offer, she would write up the offer the same day and have it ready to sign and send over to the other agent within a few hours. With her warmhearted assistance, we bought our home smoothly.

    We are thankful that we found Cynthia and Tara as our Realtor. I strongly recommend her to anybody in need of a real estate agent.

    Hello!

    As a second generation Phoenician, my experience and specialization have primarily kept me in the west side of town. My specialized markets include the cities of Phoenix (west side), Avondale (Rancho Santa Fe, Corte Sierra, Garden Lakes), Goodyear (Palm Valley and Estrella Mountain Ranch), Litchfield Park, Buckeye (Verrado and Sundance), Tolleson and Peoria. My career in Real Estate began in early 2002 after assisting my family since the late 1970's. I received my degree(BSBA) in Finance from Arizona State University in 1994. Immediately following, Bank of America promoted me as a Preferred Banker. This position allowed me the opportunity to manage the top 10% of the clientele at the branch near the Camelback Corridor of Phoenix. This set the foundation for respect and excellence in customer service.

    With the real estate market changing daily, I have found myself involved in many different types of transactions from Corporate Relocations to Foreclosures and Short Sales. My most rewarding clients have been the first time home buyers whose enthusiasm is extremely contagious. I purchased my first home in 1996 through a government bond program. That program still exists today. I find great pleasure in assisting those that decide to move to the next step of financial responsiblity.
