Miro is a highly resposive professional. She does her homework and provides clients with detailed information about the market, values and comps. She is thorough and allows the client to have enough time to make an informed decision.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Brighton, Brighton, MA.
We worked with Miro as buyer agent for an investment property. She brought many properties to our attention that we would have missed in the sea of internet listings. When we found listings that she didn't suggest, she was just as helpful in facilitating offers and negotiations. After 5 months, we eventually closed on a unit. One week later, she found a great tenant. She made the whole process smooth.

Sold a home in 2012.
Working with Miro far exceeded our expectations. She recently handled the sale of our Condo in the Coolidge Corner area of Brookline. After a 30 minute in person interview, we agreed on an asking price that was already in excess of what we were hoping for. Miro then only had to show the unit once: within that 90 minutes, she received 5 offers over asking, and we agreed on a final offer that was close to 8% above the asking price! This price sets the record for units in the building.
Miro was moreover extremely personable in addition to knowledgeable. We know we made the best possible decision, and therefore of course recommend her services without reservation!

Miro is the best agent I've worked with. She was patient, helpful, responsive to my needs, and very professional. It was a pleasure working for her and she will be the first person I'd turn to next time I need the help of a RE agent.

You are going to need a lot of help and finding the right realtor is absoutely essential!!!! My family and I had a great experience and highly recommend Miro Fitkova Realty Group, When it comes to Boston real estate this lady and her office know it all and tactfully navigate the many challenges only found in Boston. Having used many other realtors in new Hampshire/Naples Florida/NYC and Los Angles California this 5 STAR TEAM is a step ahead of them all.We closed on a very nice condo in the Back Bay for our daugther and couldn't be happier We are planning on up grading in 4/5 years to a new location and guess who will be our REALTOR????

My experience with Fitkova Realty was first-class. I've had several real estate agents and I can honestly said that Miro Fitkova has been the best. She knows the market, she knows the area, she is a great negotiator, a trust worthy person, and a great advisor.

Miro worked with me as a buyer for over 5 months while she educated me about the various neighborhoods and local condo associations. She guided me through several offers before my eventual purchase. Throughout the process she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Her advice was always data driven and supported by thorough market analysis. My wife and I contacted Miro based on her positive reviews, and she has been nothing short of excellent. Miro helped us to sell the condo we were living in as well as buy a house. From the moment we first contacted her and up until the last closing, she's always been extremely responsive, very efficient, honest and upfront about everything, including realistic value of our condo; followed up on every single question and request with regard to both - sale of our condo and the house purchase; stayed on top of the process throughout; and most importantly - despite the tough real estate market, our condo was sold in less than a week for a price we were very happy with. We listed on Wednesday, had an open house on Sunday, and by Monday morning we had two offers to pick from. To sum up - you will be hard-pressed to find a better realtor in the Boston area. We would not hesitate one bit to retain Miro's services again for any future real estate transactions and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Miro helped us buy our first condo. We were very pleased with her services, in particular her responsiveness and the way she carried us through the entire process. Miro would always send emails checking on the status of our process to make sure we were not missing deadlines and things were moving smoothly. I would also add that Miro did a great job negotiating the price of our new condo. She listened to our reasons and was able to fully articulate them with the seller's realtor, which helped us get the price we thought was fair. We would highly recommend Miro and certainly work with her in the future.
