Is it possible to rent without credit check?

Answer

Yes, it is possible, but there is some paperwork that you should have to support you are a good tenant. Ask your current landlord for a reference and request a tenant ledger from the office staff. The tenant ledger will show your payment history including dates and amounts. Most property management companies have computer programs that can print this information upon request. If money is not an issue offer to pay additional security deposit or pay a few months in advance. Remember, having this information will not guarantee you a rental.  Good Luck

How do I start working to buy a home?

Congratulations!!! You just took your first step. In my opinion, too many people start something new without asking for help. This is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life. I would recommend reading as much as possible and surrounding yourself with good professional people. Remember, this is YOUR decision, if you get that funny feeling in your gut something isn't right, trust it! There is always another deal.   This article is new and has some really good information. Can I rent appartment for 6 month?

Nothing wrong in finding an apartment you like and trying to negotiate a 6 month lease. You don't know the landlord's situation, the unit may have been vacant for two months and they are just looking for a warm body. If you are able to pay a little more monthly and pay in advance this goes a long way in getting what you want. Good luck!!

What is the price of home in Glen Burnie, MD?

To get an answer that will truly be of use to you, you will need to be more specific. How many bedrooms and bathrooms? Would you like a big yard? Would you like to be close to Baltimore, MD? These are just some of the questions a Professional Realtor will ask.I would also recommend you get a pre-approval letter for financing. This shows the Agent and potential buyer you are serious about purchasing a home. More importantly, it will keep your search narrowed to the properties you can afford. How long is the home buying process?

A good attorney and title company should have it done in seven days. I would make sure the settlement attorney knows your time deadline. Congratulations on your potential purchase!

Should I consider an addition to my home?

Answer

Rule of thumb is...Never put good money on bad money. The most important question is....if you do the remodel, do you see yourself staying in the home or do you still want to move? If you still want to move I would make sure the remodel is increasing the value of the home. Even if does increase the value the problem is your still underwater, unless, the remodel is enough to drastically increase your home's value (usually not). If your going to stay for many years, it may work out in the long run. I would definitely get an appraiser's opinion on both scenarios. Good Luck!
