Had a great experience working with Matt to buy my first home. I had been searching for weeks without finding a house that matched my criteria. Matt made the process extremely easy and took care of all the details. The home inspector and lawyer Matt recommended were very helpful. During the purchase of my home, and issue occurred with my bank and the sellers which Matt took care of and quickly resolved. He followed up on a regular basis and during the initial search for a new home, he found several houses that were a great fit for me. Matt provided great insight to what I could get for my money and what to look for in a new home. I would recommend working with Matt to anyone searching for a home. When I spoke to my friends and family, they couldn't believe how quickly and easy the process was.
