I am living in California, and I was searching for a real estate agent to help buy a house for my mother on Zillow. I had found an agent that was well-reviewed, and I mentioned to her that I would rather not be handed down to a junior agent because an experience we had in another state was very unpleasant. The agent agreed, but wouldn't you know it after I mentioned the price range, a couple of days later the agent recommended Morgan to me promising that she was a 'real go-getter.'<br/><br/>Morgan immediately contacted me after this referral, and I have to state that in spite of my initial reservations, I was really happy with the decision to enlist her services.<br/><br/>Morgan was extremely responsive and she worked well with my mother and brother, while still recognizing that I was the buyer. We went through various phases looking at a number of homes (all of this was in a 4-5 month time span), e.g., learned that HUD homes are often not worth the time, good homes that met our criteria would go to offer fast, and some houses just aren't worth it even if they look good at face value.<br/><br/>Finally, we found the one, and she worked on the weekend and made sure that our competitive offer made it in on time.<br/><br/>More importantly, I felt her integrity and her ownership of being my advocate were exceptional. She always made sure of her facts before she made a commitment to us, she checked with her managers when we were faced with an unknown, and she always made sure she knew my position going into negotiations.<br/><br/>To be fair, we learned a couple of things, real estate is never perfectly smooth, but she was mindful of what was really important and she made sure that the deal went according to my wishes.<br/><br/>So if you haven't guessed from the tone of my review, I'm confident that it won't be long before Morgan gets many reviews like the one I just gave, and she'll be referring people looking at homes of a certain price range to a 'real go-getter.'

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Owasso, OK.
