Sold a home in 2009.
Marsha Welch is a very experienced and reputable real estate agent. Marsha sold one of my houses in the Wickford area a year and a half ago and represents me as a buyer agent. She does a very thorough job and goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes smooth from the time your home is listed until the actual date the house is closed on.
Unfortunately for Marsha we came upon and bought a "for sale by owner" shortly after starting to work with her. However, we have maintained a friendship with her ever since. Most recently I recommended her to a new acquaintance who was looking in RI for a relocation from MA. In this case Marsha worked with her, found a "buy" and finalized the purchase.
I am not in a position to rate her on "process expertise" or "negotiation skills" from personal experience, so have not done so.
However, I do know her work ethic, integrity, and she produces results. I recommend her highly.
