Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Woodbury, MN.
Shannon, really listened to what I wanted/needed. She looked for houses that contained an open floor plan and if it did not she let me know why she thought the house might be a good one to look at. Seeing I was a first time home buyer, it was very helpful to have her expand my thinking of homes. My house that I bought had a open floor plan, and I had a better understanding of what was on the market and what I liked, because of Shannon. She answered all my questions with great expertise. It did not matter if it was a specific house question, a offer question or a closing question. If she did not know an answer she found the answer and got back to me promptly. She was always very prompt at returning my calls or emails.

Bought a home in 2007.
Shannon has exceeded my expectations for a buyer's agent. She listens to the needs of the client and works long hours to find properties that meet those needs. A fierce negotiator, yet honest and pragmatic about what the seller will accept.

Bought a home in 2005.
We moved to Minnesota from out of state. Shannon maintained contact with us for a year during this process, even when things were up in the air for a while. We had 1 weekend to look around and make a decision and she managed to give us an extensive tour of the cities. We ended up building a new house and Shannon was with us every step of the way. She made numerous trips to the cite and helped us keep things on schedule. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Bought a home in 2008.
I purchased my first condo with Shannon's help. She is very knowledgeable and very patient in answering my endless home buying questions. The thing I like about her is that she never rushed me in making a purchasing decision. So, if you are looking to buy your first home or second home she is the one you should talk to.
We ended up buying a foreclosure in Minneapolis and the house needed a complete remodel to make it livable. In the process of fixing it up we met with at least 50-60 different contractors/professionals and had varying experiences with them (some awful, some great). In looking back on the whole process from searching for a house, to buying the house, to fixing it up, we can honestly say that choosing to work with Shannon as our buyer's agent was probably our best decision. We can't recommend her enough! Work with her once and you'll never want to work with anyone else again!
