Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Derry, NH.
Melanie worked with us for six months in finding our new home. In that time she went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service while working with my wife and I. The knowledge Melanie provided throughout the process was very informative and critical. Melanie's response for any queries we had was answered honestly, thoroughly, and most importantly, promptly. Also, Melanie's assistance in the negotiation process was key, as she solidified our offer to the seller whom was entertaining other offers. We are truly grateful for the service Melanie provided, and would recommend her to any first time homebuyers, and or anyone looking to purchase a property.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Sandown, NH.
As a first time seller, Melanie made the process quite easy for us. From the initial meeting to the closing, we felt comfortable and confident in her as our representative. She is a people person, has great knowledge of the market and looks out for your best interest. Her response to our questions were very quick and insightful, when applicable.
She went above and beyond with the listing and showings. She is a true professional and her enthusiasm for real estate shows in her work and the way she approaches the entire process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Salem, NH.
My husband and I were very particular when it came to finding the "right" home. Melanie was extremely patient and showed us at least 50 diffrent homes. Each one she presented to us had the specific things we asked for, but with each house we saw, we would add to our list of wants. If I was in her position, I would have run the other way. Not Melanie, she made us feel like we were her only concern, and she was not going to rest until she found us a house. We are now living in our dream home that she found for us. Thanks Melanie!!!

Sold a home in 2012.
I would highly recommend Melanie Norcross as either a buyer or seller agent. She is attentive, responsive, and highly professional. I do not think the sale of my home would have occurred without Melanie's diligence and hard work and I will forever be grateful.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Salem, NH.
Melanie worked with us both verbally and providing written detail information from the start of our renovation through the finish of our sale. She provided detailed comparative home statistics for readying the property for the market.
(We had interviewed 3 realtors- 2 major companies and 1 local.) Melanie had the best presentation, follow-through and demeanor of all agents. She provided expense savings information during the renovation and advised when a purchase was necessary. She recommended and provided details weekly via spread sheet of home inspection visits, local sales and statistics, and worked very closely with us on pricing reductions.
Ms. Norcross encouraged us to seek professional guidance from a home stager and which recommendations would be the best suited and affordable for showcasing our home.
When questions or concerns arose with the buyer, she was very quick to communicate and respond to both parties. As a listing agent, she made sure the buyer was well informed and had professional staff to turn to for advice. She saw our sale through from pre-listing preparation through the final sale. I have already recommended Melanie as an agent to another seller.
