I've been a licensed Realtor since 1998 and found my home with Roger Fazendin Realtors in 2000. What a great company! I love it! My experience includes first time home buyers and sellers, relocation transactions, investment property analysis and acquisition and move-ups or downsizing.

Looking forward to 2012, the sheer volume of positive news coming from the media is the most encouraging sign for me personally. After consecutive years of mostly negative stories and spins, it seems with the creation of new jobs and some economic steam; things are turning for the better! I grew up in New York attending Somers High School and then went to Edison Community College. I've lived and worked in other states, but my family and I recognize the beauty and value in making our home here in Minneapolis.
