There are not enough superlatives to describe Martie Lieberman as a Real Estate Agent and as a person. All those qualities described in her other reviews, we experienced as well. Her professionalism, her knowledge, her availability , her willingness to find out the answers to the questions she didn’t know, her ability to zero in very quickly on what we were really looking for, her quiet patience to let us make our own decisions, and her way of making us feel that she was really in our corner in every way. We are Canadians and have been thinking about buying property in Florida, with some trepidation, for a few years. We feel as if we won the lottery when we found Martie. After our whirlwind 24 hour visit to Florida, she had figured out in no time what would suit us. She quickly eliminated listings that wouldn’t do for us, not wasting our time, which was something we very much appreciated. We returned home planning to put in an offer on one of the places we had seen, when she contacted us with detailed pictures she had personally taken of another property which she felt would be even more perfect for us. Our absolute trust in her expertise resulted in our buying that property, based solely on her recommendation, never having actually visited it! Martie has made our buying this property in Sarasota one of the least stressful things in our very hectic lives. Her organization and her attention to detail is second to none. Every step of the process was explained and laid out for us in the most user friendly way. She even arranged the house inspection and attended on our behalf. She also set up the insect inspection and was present for that too! Because we were not able to be there for the closing, she has taken it upon herself to go into the house (which we bought furnished) empty the fridge, put out the trash, unplug the appliances and turn back the air conditioning. Nothing has been too much trouble. What is probably the most notable thing about Martie Lieberman is that we were not buying a million dollar property, and yet she treated us with the same consideration, attention, time and professionalism she would have if we were. There has been no one like her in our real estate experiences. She is truly in a class of her own.…MoreLess
