Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Northside, Fort Wayne, IN.
Brian knows what he's doing. He is professional, patient, polite, honest, and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. He uses technology better than most Realtors to market his listings and he also uses a professional photographer to help the listings really look their best.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Northside, Fort Wayne, IN.
At the time we contacted Brian about his listing I also contacted two other agencies about their similar listing. Brian was quick to respond and very personable, while the other two were slow and very distant. He called and arranged a showing the next day, before I even had heard from one. The other agency was consumed with wanting to know if we had been preapproved for financing.
Brian was quick to take care of every detail, and the purchase was done effortlessly before we knew it. I would definitely recommend his services. He was personable and professional at the same time.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Kern Valley Meadows, Fort Wayne, IN.
I cannot say enough what a great experience it has been to work with Brian. I am not only a first time home buyer, but also relocated to Fort Wayne from eastern Ohio and was not familiar with the neighborhoods. Brian helped me find a great home in my price range, was knowledgeable about the area, and even gave me a tour of the city. He was friendly, professional, answered all my questions quickly (and believe me, I had a LOT), and helped me save money on my purchase. Even though this was my first experience buying a home, Brian went above and beyond any expectations I had when starting this whole process. I feel that anyone can benefit from his expertise, first time buyer or not.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Fairfield, Fort Wayne, IN.
Brian was always prompt in answering questions and returning calls. Worked very hard to make sure we knew what was happening at all times during the sale and had documents that needed attention sent to us immediately. He also helped us with getting all issues with the house fixed and completed in a timely manner. Very professional.

Very pleasant personality, sharp negotiating skills, and prompt with his appointments. Brian is very professional and takes his job working for his clients seriously to meet their needs is finding a future home, this is the guy you want working with you because he does just that, Thanks, Brian!

We would defiantly recommend Brian to our friends and family that may be looking to sell their home. He made the process of selling our home super easy!
We had spoken to other realtors but did not feel they had our best interest in mind.
Brian took the time to go over our property and made good recommendations that would help us get the best offer possible. He kept us informed of showings and feedback from prospective buyers. We never felt like we were just “another listing” Brian was always there to answer any questions we might have.

Bought a home in 2012.
I've always put real estate agents somewhere between lawyers and used car salesmen but nothing could be further from the truth with Brian Loney. I really can't say enough good stuff about him. He was extremely easy to work with, told us everything we needed to know without bombarding us with too much info, and never pressured us AT ALL. He did a great job of explaining everything in a way my wife and I (first time buyers) could understand.
He was there for us every step of the way -when the seller refused to fix some pealing paint on the back door even though they agreed to it in the contract, Brian offered to come over and do it himself. That's the kind of guy Brian Loney is.
I'm always surprised when people say "buying a house is stressful" because working with Brian made finding and buying our first house an enjoyable experience.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Maplewood Terrace and Downs, Fort Wayne, IN.
We met Brian at the Home Show at the Colleseum and invited him to send us some homes in the price range we established. He followed through directly and was very helpful to us in finding a home for some family members.
Brian provided all the information we requested and Anna was very helpful to us as we narrowed the search and selected our house.
We would recommend Brian Loney. You will find him helpful, but not "push-y"

Sold a home in 2003.
A year after moving to California, I wanted to sell my house in Fort Wayne. Brian Loney was able to set up everything to show the house and get it sold even though I was out of the state. He handled everything from A to Z and made the transaction go very smoothly. I only wish he was my agent here in California. I have used 3 or 4 of them here and none of them were as professional as he was.

I am not from the Fort Wayne area, but Brian helped make our real estate transaction go very smooth. I will definitely use Brian for any future transactions I may have. I was most impressed with Brian's skill to listen & help find exactly what you want. He made buying a house easy.
