    Bought a home in 2013.
    We live in Texas and wanted to move to Owasso, Oklahoma for our retirement home. After checking out several Realtors, we chose Molly Jordan to be our Realtor in this endeavor based on her reviews on Zillow and how Molly described herself.

    We contacted her last Oct/Nov. Told her what our plans were and the kind of house we were looking for and the price range we felt comfortable with. Molly listened careffully, asked some questions and immediately started sending us listings via email with requests for us to give her feed back, which we did. Soon the listings reflected our input and we were making plans to travel to Owasso in mid April to buy a home.

    Molly contacted us in mid February, She said the market is heating up and she is concerned that if we wait until mid April, that we may not be able to find what we want in our price range. We took her advice and arrived in Owasso at the end of February. Molly found us our dream home at an amazing price on the second day. We made an offer, it was accepted and we closed on our new home just 2 cays ago. At that time the Listing Realtor told us that 4 other people were also interested in our house on the day that Molly hurried us back to the office to make our offer. Woohoo Molly.

    From the day we signed the contract on our new home until the day we closed, and beyond, Molly has gone the extra mile by arranging for the Inspection and following through to make sure the repairs were done. Arranging for garage door openers and gutters to be installed. Giving us a 'heads up' concerning potential problems.. Giving us much needed help arranging for water, sewer, electric, gas. I do not know what we would have done without her.

    Molly is friendly, knowledgeable, is always a step ahead, with an amazing grasp of the market, and uses that for her client's benefit.    …MoreLess

    Bought a home in 2013.
    Molly has been showing us houses and helping us figure out out what we want. After finding land and ultimately deciding to build, she negotiated a great price on the land and will be listing our house soon. We appreciate her honesty and her suggestions all along the way. She really tries to help us find what we want, not just make a fast sale. She is also great at staging and is able to give us ideas to make our home more marketable when we put it on the market.
