Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $675K in Fairview, Hayward, CA.

I really wish there were more stars, because 5 is just not enough to even come close to how awesome Moni is. We got very lucky to happen to meet Moni one day while looking for our first home. We hit it off right away and Moni made great effort to truly understand our needs, our wants, and our deal-breakers when it came to the home we were looking for.

The process was grueling due to issues with my Mortgage broker, however Moni held our hand through the whole process. Much of it was very confusing and overwhelming for me and my wife, but Moni always was there to step in and keep the process moving. It was a long 2 months trying to find the right home...we put in many offers and didn't get any bites, but Moni still stood by our side.

I think that Moni has raised the bar when it comes to the skills, professionalism and ethics that a real estate agent should have. Thank you Moni for helping us get the home of our dreams! We are forever grateful.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Evergreen, San Jose, CA.

I am a first-time home buyer and for me, the whole process from making offers to getting your loan through underwriting was a very new and stressful process. Moni was able to carefully explain every scenario to me at every step of the way with complete clarity and outstanding patience. The listings she brought to the table all fell under my requirements and it was an absolute pleasure having to go to the open houses with her.

She is extremely knowledgable about the various types of constructions and materials used. With one look Moni was able to say what kind of tile, linoleum, hardwood, engineered wood etc. it was.

I bought my home in October of 2013 and the deal almost fell through because the interest rate was much higher and I could no longer afford the offer price. Moni was able to convince the seller and their agent (after the offer being accepted) to reduce the sale price. That was a huge help and by far the most uplifting part of my home-buying process.

I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home or sell one. In fact, she is already helping out another friend of mine. Moni is also a short sale expert and I saw her help an elderly couple keep their home when the bank was trying to foreclose on them (without any commission or benefit for herself).

Sold a home in 2012.

Moni helped me with the short sale of my condo. She kept me in the loop of the entire process of the sale. If you are looking for someone who will go beyond and above in dealing with a difficult bank or lender, Moni is the one to call. She will take away some of the stress of selling your home.
