Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $725k in Seaview, Seattle, WA.Summary:
I would highly recommend Dustin Keeth if you want a stress free transaction. I can personally attest to his ability to get top value for your home, especially in the upper end market. I called Dustin to list my house in the middle of this terrible market. I was thinking I'd get nowhere near the asking price I needed and it would take months to sell. Instead, we had a lowball offer in 3 days which I was ready to jump on, but Dustin wouldn’t let me! He somehow turned it into a full price offer on day 4. I know this was because of his experience and reputation of being an agent that prices his houses correctly. It’s important to deal with a confident agent that other agents respect. It also closed in 45 days with NO PROBLEMS! His team has a system for monitoring the entire process that helps insure no hiccups and kept me informed of what was going on. I've used Dustin both in buying a home and, most recently, in selling a home. I have been in the real estate business (commercial development, construction, management, etc.) for over 20 years and find Dustin to be honorable, smart, and professional. I would (and do!) recommend him to friends.
