I don't see that one listed for sale so I am not sure what the condo looks like inside, condtion, updates, beds baths. etc.. I can tell you there is one currently for sale that has been on the market for 85 days and is listed for $125,000. It's a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home. In the last year I only see one sale in the NWMLS and it was a NEWLY remodeled 2 bdrms/1 bth with W/Dryer in unit. I do not know the exact sized but you do have a 3 car garage and room for a couple cars in the driveway. There is also off street parking in front of the home. Hopefully, that helps if not could get measurements for you later this week.
