Dustin was a pleasure to work with ... couldn't say enough about his level of professionalism and organization. He is an expert in his field, and it really shows in his knowledge and approach. Dustin gave us great recommendations before the house went on the market, and we feel it helped us sell the house faster and at a higher price. Thanks, Dustin!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Normandy Park, WA.
Dustin worked tirelessly for our family in finding the right home for us. We were very particular in what we were looking for in our next home and he did an excellent job of listening to our needs. He worked with us for months, never pressuring us into a home even if it fit "most" of our criteria.
We knew his knowledge of our area could not compare with other realtors. Because of his reputation and repeat clients, he knew of listings before they were listed. Houses in our price point were selling very quickly and the heads up he would have helped us in our house hunting.
When it came to making an offer on our home, there is no one else better than Dustin to negotiate. He knew our price point and always had our best interest in mind. Never did we feel like we were taken advatage of or not told the truth in costs. Our sale was a short sale which involved many months of waiting for it to close. He kept our hopes us when we wanted to throw in the towel.
Dustin surrounds himself with the best team in the business. When our loan officer was not coming through for us, Dustin made a call and by that afternoon we had a new loan officer who met our very tight deadline in closing the deal. Dustin always remained calm even in the midst of chaos in real estate these days. A true professional.
Our family is so happy with our new home. He found us our dream house that will be our home for many, many years.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $575K in Normandy Park, WA.
Dustin helped us sell two properties in 2010 and 2011. the first was our principal residence (the one listed in this review) and the second, a condo also in Normandy Park that was part of my mother's estate. The market conditions at the time were very difficult, many properties for sale and few moving. His expertise on how to prepare and stage a home for sale (he has an amazing team of contractors and stagers) turned our home the prettiest, best-presented property in its price range and we sold it for a very good price (particularly in retrospect) and quite quickly.
Dustin is a personable, energy guy who really knows what he's doing and his negotiating and relating skills in the emotionally charged context of real estate sales are second to none. He sold my mother's condo as well, in an association where FHA financing was unavailable. This was a sale that almost fell through due to financing and Dustin brought it in. We were thrilled. I do not naturally trust salesmen but I now trust Dustin completely and recommend him absolutely without reservation. He's the best.

Sold a Condo home in 2009 in Normandy Park, WA.
Dustin keeth is a great real estate agent. He has sold two homes for us, getting top money for both. He also got us a super deal on our condo in normandy park wa. He is currently handling the sale of our rental house in Burien wa, again, getting full asking price.It just doesn't get any better than that.We currently live in eastern Wa.but if we decide to move back to the west side, Dustin will be the first person we will contact, because we know he will find us the right home at the best deal. Dustin knows his market extremely well and treated our purchase like it was his own. You won't find anyone better.
Examples: 1. Treating the Purchase Like it Was His Own - During the negotiation process, I was ready to give in on one point of contention, and he urged me to take one additional shot. We did, and it saved us a significant amount of money. This move actually cost Dustin money in his commission. High integrity move............ 2. Dustin had at one time or another been inside, listed or sold the majority of houses we looked at in Normandy Park, Burien and Des Moines. Whenever I'd discuss a property with him, he was able to provide meaningful insight and guidance in terms of location, price and overall value.
Dustin is very low pressure and will work hard to find you the right house. He's focused on the long term much more than the quick commission, and I find that to be a rare quality.

Both Dustin and Gary Keeth have been extremely helpful with the sale and subsequent purchase of our homes. They answered our endless questions and guided us accordingly. We would definately use them again and will refer them to anyone needing quality, professional real estate representation.

I would highly recommend Dustin Keeth if you want a stress free transaction. I can personally attest to his ability to get top value for your home, especially in the upper end market. I called Dustin to list my house in the middle of this terrible market. I was thinking I'd get nowhere near the asking price I needed and it would take months to sell. Instead, we had a lowball offer in 3 days which I was ready to jump on, but Dustin wouldn’t let me! He somehow turned it into a full price offer on day 4. I know this was because of his experience and reputation of being an agent that prices his houses correctly. It’s important to deal with a confident agent that other agents respect. It also closed in 45 days with NO PROBLEMS! His team has a system for monitoring the entire process that helps insure no hiccups and kept me informed of what was going on. If you can’t tell, I am impressed. Love this guy-I tell everyone to use him!
Dustin was easy to work with and provided perspective in helping me make decisions and trade-offs along the way. I have purchased more than a dozen homes in several states and can honestly say that Dustin is the most effective agent I have worked with.
