I am a resident of Savannah in Ladera and have lived here for two years. My wife and I sold our first home, a condo, and moved here.The Savannah neighborhood of Ladera Ranch is a beautiful little area that is close to the main park and school and located near the main streets that run in and out of Ladera. It is made of up single family residences that are primarily 3 and 4 bedroom and feature 2.5 baths. The neighborhood has its own pool (or plunge as they are called in Ladera), lots of pocket parks and very friendly neighbors. The homes here are primarily owned by younger families. There are lots of kids around the neighborhood that are frequently playing together. The neighborhood sponsors movies in the park and special events on holidays.
