Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Kronenwetter, WI.
My husband and I decided to put our home for sale and look for a new property this past spring. We looked online at a few properties and called to make an appt. to look at the homes. We were put in touch with Gizo and he was available to us on our schedule which we immediately were impressed with. He was prompt and well acquainted with all the the properties. He helped us purchase a Fannie Mae home which can come with a lot of questions and hoops to jump through. Even with a bidding war, we purchased the home of our dreams within our budget. When we listed our home he was prepared and most important to us, honest about what we should sell our house for.
