Our school system does little to educate us about personal finance, let alone the largest financial obligation many will undertake, a home loan. I got my first home loan in my twenties. I did not know what I did not know!
My role as a Mortgage Planner is to understand your current financial situation and provide the loan options available that are best suited for your financial situation. I encourage my clients to allow me to educate them so they can make an informed and confident decision regarding their mortgage program.
Graduate of USC, BSBA in Finance and Marketing. Graduate of the SC Bankers School. 30 years in Banking, Credit and Mortgage lending. Currently Branch Manager for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp on Hilton Head Island. I am a Mortgage Banker and I am also licensed as a Mortgage Broker. I have earned the Lending Integrity Seal from the NAMB. Member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas.
