Ok. so May 9th they send me an email that says my property decreased by 2.2 %, 652,500, today the zestimate is 645,500. I'll try to remember to check back in.

some days my zestimate is up, some down, but I get a monthly report from zillow and it's always down, this month 1.2%. I should just post my daily zestimate. I'm not on here that much anymore or I would.

OK Crystal Lake, you are not going to get the answer that you want. I would just resign myself (which I did when I was selling and buying) that you may have to explain zestimates to some people. Fortunately in my case it didn't make a bit of difference. Both homes were appraised and offers were made based on that. Good luck to you, and enjoy that gorgeous lake!!

Don't spend money on stagers, ask your agent for advice, and listen.
