Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $300k in White Plains, MD.

Summary:

Mike Petras was able to sell our house in a down market. We tried other agents and the property languished on the market for nearly three years. We listed with Mike and the house was sold within two months. We would never buy or sell another house through any other agent in the area.
