Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $50K in Summerville, Augusta, GA.
Martha helped me to buy an investment property in Summerville. The property had title problems and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating the process of getting the title cleared and the property closed. She was also great negotiating with a difficult seller. I will definitely use her again in future transactions.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Academy Baker Ave, Augusta, GA.
We found Martha to be very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and just overall pleasant to work with, resulting in our house being sold quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend her and her company.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Carolina Beach, NC.
Martha was, in short, the perfect Agent. She listened to our preferences and quickly found us options that were exactly what we had been looking for. She responded to our emails and phone calls with no delay despite us moving from overseas (6 hour time difference). She has great local knowledge and quickly placed us into the home we were looking for! If you're a military member without much experience in the Augusta area with a PCS move coming up to Fort Gordon, I wouldn't recommend any other way of finding a place! Great Service, Very Helpful, Responsive!
