We have worked with Michael and his team several times over the last few years as our family grew; from representing us on the sale of our condo to the purchase of our new co-op (with rentals in between). Through this time, Michael has been patient, diligent, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interest at heart. Michael and his team negotiated multiple offers for us over this time. In the end, he successfully negotiated our offer and closed the deal for us on our new co-op. We have and will continue to highly recommend Michael Shapot.

Michael advised me effectively from the very start of the process of renovating, staging, marketing and selling my apartment. He guided me through every step, was very responsive to my questions, and very flexible and supportive when I wanted to look at different options. He was always available and always made me feel as though I were an important client and deserved his best effort. I will gladly recommend him to friends in the future and will certainly contact him first if I decide to reinvest in Manhattan real estate.

Michael's team handled the selling of our apartment on the Upper West Side and were absolutely superb. From beginning to end both Michael and Louis Vazquez handled everything very professionally. We felt they had our best interest at heart and were truly trying to find us a buyer at the price point we wanted. Would recommend them in a heartbeat (already have to several friends.)
