I would recommend Michele Hagan without reservation to anyone interested in buying or selling property in the greater Anne Arundel County area. She accurately listed my condo and within a week we had two offers. She's an absolute subject matter expert and deftly handled a very complicated sale that covered an extensive period of time to complete (the delays were out of her control). She patiently answered my endless questions and I was never "in the dark" on any issue as she kept me informed every step of the way. Sold a home in 2012.
Michelle stuck with me through 18 months while my condo was on the market for a short sale. It was under contract twice before it finally sold, and both times the sale fell through because the bank countered with an offer that was too high fo the buyer. Finally, on the third try, the sale went through. Michelle's patience and perserverence, and her knowledge of the complex short sale process, ensured that in the end, my condo sold.
