I moved to Whitefish, Montana after spending 5 years in the ski industry throughout college in Vermont, and then while living in Breckenridge, Colorado. Familiar to the resort town way of life and wanting to chase sun and snow to the best possible area of the country, I was sold on Whitefish in no time. I have now been a year-round resident of Whitefish for 10 years and find that the area offers all and more in terms of putting down root, starting a family, and living the Big Sky life.
I have been involved in real estate, helping buyers and sellers connect for the past eight years. I focus primarily on residential and residential income producing properties because it is what I do and what I love. Whitefish real estate remains an attractive option to many because of its extremely low prices compared to other resort areas around the country, while still offering all the amenities of a world class resort. All reasons that caused me to move here and buy my first house. Take a look, if you find somewhere that does compare, I would love to know!
In my free time when not dealing with real estate or property management clients, I try to spend as much time as possible outside. After all, it is why we live here. Skiing remains my true passion and on any given day you will find me on the hill early before heading into the office. In the Summer you are just as likely to find me on the golf course completing 18 after work (yup, stays light until 10ish in Summer) or hiking up Big Mountain with my friend/companion/chocolate lab Cooper. Again, how could you live in Montana and not have a dog?
Happy to help in any way that I can, just give me a call.
