Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $300K in Drake, CO.
Christian Collinet worked with us into 2003 on a horse property purchase and home construction. The home was built in the Drake area and proved very nice for us and our horses. He worked with us and the builder to make changes to blue prints, mechanicals, and other phases of construction. He was fair and an asset. In 2006 we purchased a farm in MO. We listed our Drake home with Christian and we had a contract in 4 hours time. We closed without complications! We now plan to make a new purchase in Estes Park, CO for retirement and will use no one else!…More Less

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Estes Park, CO.
We bought a condo from Christian in October 2012. His knowledge of the area is unbeatable! Our budget was well under what most people would spend, but you would never have known it the way Christian treated us. He is kind, and not pushy at all. He asked questions about our needs and our desires, then suggested about 10 properties that fit our needs. We looked at 5 of them and he gave great advice as to livability, accessibility to local goods and services, and was so helpful in helping us make the best decision for us. He is a good man, and that is obvious in how he condudts business. Christian also helped guide us through the loan process and even followed up after the sale and has continued to keep in touch. I would highly recommend Christian if you are looking for any type of property in the Estes area.…More Less
