I am a Realtor/Broker licensed in Georgia and North Carolina. The areas I cover include the Georgia counties of Towns, Union, Gilmer, Pickens, and Fannin and the North Carolina counties of Clay and Cherokee which are in the North Georgia/ Western North Carolina mountains.
My family moved here in 1994 from the Northeast Atlanta area. I am married to my husband of over 25 years, Sanford Green. He has worked for NAPA over 30 years and now owns the NAPA store in Hiawassee, GA. We have 2 wonderful children. My son is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, Ga and he went on to Graduate school at Boston College in Boston, MA where he graduated this year. My daughter is a Sophomore at the University of Georgia where she is a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority.
This is a beautiful area in the Appalachian Mountains which has several lakes and waterfalls and the views are breath taking! There is plenty to do here - hiking, trout fishing, boating, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, golfing, wine tasting, shopping, and, of course, just relaxing.
