Hello, My name is Joseph P. Mazzei. I am a dedicated, experienced and passionate mortgage broker and the owner of Wholesale Mortgage Services. I have been helping clients in the Tampa Bay area for the past ten years.
My business consists mainly of referrals from past clients and real estate professionals. Becuase my business comes mainly from referrals, i can dedicate 100% of my time towards helping my customer. Because of the high level of customer service that i provide, my clients, friends, family, and business associates all refer customers to me for my extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and ability to counsel someone about their finance and mortgage needs.
My goal is to build life long relationships, one client at a time. This is achieved by being more than just a voice over the phone, and more than just a guy with wholesale interest rates. I am involved with every aspect of the loan process, from the first contact all the way to closing table.
