It was a GREAT experience to work with Nancy Alert! She was VERY helpful when inquiring about various properties. She was extremely knowledgeable about real estate practices as it pertained to purchasing our home. She was very flexible when we had last minute requests to see homes. She also helped up to remain positive when we thought things wouldn't go our way. Sold a home in 2000.Summary:
Nancy helped me buy 3 homes and sell 2 homes. She is very skilled at negotiating and very experienced in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. I referred her to my sister and her husband and she helped them get almost $20,000 at closing from the builder of their new home. Originally, the builder was not going to offer them the money.
To me, her best skills are her tenacity and ability to negotiate the best deal possible. I couldn't imagine using another realtor. She will also end up being a good friend, and has a great personality that makes her a pleasure to work with. She won't try to push you to buy or sell if you are not comfortable.…More Less
