Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $75K in Merriman Valley, Akron, OH.
I first called Nancy Bartlebaugh after I had a previously bad experience with another realtor, and I am glad that I did. From day one, Nancy was extremely professional and was generally interested in making my home buying experience a good one. We must have looked at over 20-30 houses, but ultimately settled on a home that fit my requirements and this is where Nancy excelled.
The house was a short sale, which I was unfamiliar with as a first time homebuyer, but Nancy was there to walk me through the process. We submitted an offer to the bank, and waited, and waited, and waited (you get the idea).... I literally talked, texted, or emailed Nancy almost everyday for 6 weeks until we received notice from the bank that they had accepted my offer. This was the longest 6 weeks of my life. Nancy worked on this deal like it was a million dollar home (it was not) and always kept me in the loop and made me feel like I was her number one client. I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT IF I DID NOT HAVE NANCY BARTLEBAUGH AS MY REALTOR, I WOULD BE LIVING IN THE HOUSE THAT I LOVE.
Fast forward 3 1/2 years, and Nancy has since been the realtor for many of my friends and they are all happy that I referred them to her. Long story short, if you are looking for a professional, hard working, takes care of her clients kind of realtor, look no further than Nancy Bartlebaugh.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Canton, OH.
My wife and I struggled through the buying process for months and went through 3 different realtors. But once I took the advice from my friend to stop screwing around and call his realtor (Nancy), the process smoothed out immediately. We started looking at only the houses that fit into our target for purchase. And we were able to get exactly what we had hoped to find. She was able to sort properties in ways that the others had said was impossible. (I wanted a fenced in back yard, on a fixer-upper in a great neighborhood.) She never said no. Nancy even helped us through a short sale, which, for a realtor, can be an arduous process. She kept all the parties involved (banks, listing agent, etc) on track and moving forward. We were able to get under contract and close in time for our deadline.
In short, my family would not have the house that we live in, and love, without Nancy Bartlebaugh.
She is THE ONLY realtor I will refer people to use. Although it has been 3 years since she sold us our home, I keep in touch and periodically refer to her for various real estate questions.
